Osaadi Free Invoice Maker creates invoice previews, calculations, PDF files and images in your browser. Invoice content, recipient details, uploaded logos and signatures are not sent to Osaadi’s servers.
Before your first download or print, Osaadi asks for and stores your name, email and phone. Successful submission is remembered in your browser. These contact details are separate from the invoice and do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Drafts are saved locally when device saving is enabled. Browser storage is not a backup: clearing it, changing browsers or ending private browsing can remove saved work. Download an editable backup to keep it. On a shared device, turn off saving or clear your drafts.

Invoice maker questions
Is the invoice generator really free?
Yes. All five invoice templates and PDF, JPG and PNG exports are free, with no watermark, account or credit card. Name, email and phone are requested once before your first download or print when contact collection is enabled.
Does Osaadi store my invoices?
No. Invoice content, recipient details, logos and exported files are processed on your device. Osaadi stores only the contact details you explicitly submit. Saved drafts remain in this browser and can be lost if browser storage is cleared.
Can I print a supermarket-style thermal receipt?
Yes. Choose the 58 mm or 80 mm receipt preset and adjust the printable width and margins to your printer. Select the matching paper size in your printer driver, print at actual size, and disable browser headers and footers. You can also print a narrow receipt on ordinary paper.
Can I use A3, A4 or a custom page size?
Yes. Select A3, A4, US Letter or custom dimensions in millimetres. Standard sheets support portrait and landscape. Long invoices automatically continue onto additional pages.
Can I download a transparent invoice image?
Yes. Choose PNG and enable Transparent background. Text, logos and intentional design colors remain visible. JPG uses a solid white background. Multi-page image downloads are packaged in a ZIP.
Will I need to enter my contact details again?
The tool remembers successful submission in this browser. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing or switching browsers can require you to enter the details again.
